The cost of a Student Visa (subclass 500) for the main applicant is AUD700 to AUD1000 unless they are exempt. Each family member who applies for the visa must also pay a fee. Additional costs for health checks, police certificates, and biometrics may also apply.
Due to COVID-19, students who were unable to complete their course within the validity period of their original student visa and need to apply for a new student visa to finish their studies may be eligible for a fee waiver.
